Hi wrote YES, trump is bae, he tells people how it is, that's what america needs

"Telling people how it is" shouldn't get someone Person of the Year; again, this is coming from someone that wanted Trump to win. Person of the Year is aimed at a person who had world impacts; Trump may have had world impacts with his win, but "telling people how it is" is a nullified reason.

Look at Hitler and Stalin (x2) who were listed as (Man) Person of the Year. Hitler was named in 1938 for the Munich Agreement, which ended up shattering the diplomatic alliances between Italy, France and Great Britain, that then permitted the German annexation of western Czechoslovakia.

From there, Stalin was named in 1939 for signing the Non-aggression Pact with Germany. That signature ultimately in the end allowed Poland to be invaded. Stalin was then named again in 1942 for basically surviving the Nazi assault on the Soviet Union; even though we ended up losing about 10 million soldiers and a huge gap between 7 - 20 million Russian and Ukrainian civilians; however I believe most historians agree the overall total was about 20 -25 million deaths for soldiers and civilians combined.

Two examples of a world impact for Person of the Year. "Telling people how it is" shouldn't be Person of the Year, if that's the case, they should be printing a new issue every day for a new random person around the world, since there is a lot of people like that. Even then, I still don't believe a president or president-elect should be Person of the Year until after they're sworn in and the world can actually see the impact they have on the world when actually in office.

Person of the Year is based on their impact on the world. He had the most impact.

People are so quick to judge Trump yet He's done more for this country in the last two weeks then Hillary has done in 30 years.

What has he done? The Carrier deal turned out to be a sham and he's turned his entire administration into a swamp full of lobbyists, bankers, and executives.

He is putting Americans into his administration. They have to have a high end job in order to run the position they are in efficiently. Who would you like to see as some of his picks?

The liberal left will do anything to shame his decisions and policies for the next 8 years and will fail to recognize what good they actually do. The Carrier deal helped keep 1000 jobs in Indiana instead of going to Mexico.

He also secured 50 billion $$ in investments and 50,000 new jobs in the future from SoftBank.
