Currently i have a 60Hz 1ms BenQ Monitors but think about upgrading to a 144hz monitor for PC gaming does anyone know if its makes that much of a difference to your performance such as playing csgo etc.

I7 4790k
gtx 970

I hear the predator is really good gaming monitor pretty expensive though.
