So, whenever I go into a game online, everything just lags and then it eventually lags me out and then takes me back to the main menu and says this "You must have an active network connection to play Xbox live or LAN matches" but my Internet is fine. I've tried restarting my internet but nothing, still lags. Never had this happen to me before :/

If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it a lot.
