Does this bother anyone else, because surely I cant be the only one.

I cant stand when someone comments on my appearance. For example, "why is your hair so long.. why dont you cut it?". Did I ever ask you for an opinion on my hair? I cant **** stand this, why does it matter if my hair is long or my facial hair is in?

"Why are your pants so short?". Maybe because its comfortable? Why the **** does it matter to you how I wear my clothes?

"Why do you have ______ tattoo?". Maybe because I wanted it, why exactly do you care?

This may seem small, but its just annoying having people ask the same stupid ass questions. Its like, if youre not a carbon copy of the next Joe youre weird, and apparently weird and different is bad where I live. I guess im not much of a people person, hopefully someone can relate to this.

If youve got issues with the way someone wears their hair or their clothes, what other image issues do you have lying underneath?

I see it as a way to start small talk to make things less awkward, but there are better ways to word it.

The appearance topic - would would you care what other people think what you look like anyways? Don't care notice of them so what. I do understand where you're coming from though. Maybe people have some interest in you so that's why they ask the questions they ask.

My friends and I do ask these type of questions to each other all the time. Most of the time it's just friendly small talk, but it does get annoying sometimes. It just depends on the topic really.
