You have a better chance asking the first guy you match if they wanna boost.
Be careful though, Ravens cracking down on boosters giving them a full reset and 48hr multiplayer ban.

They said their only banning the obvious boosters. Like the guys at the top of the leaderboards

My friend wasn't high on the leaderboards, he boosted regal for 3 gun classes and got reset. I'd still be careful.
