i want to build a team around a stand out player but I don't know who to buy, can people give me some suggestions

Theres loads of good players you could build a team around with that amount of money, the best strikers that I would go for if i had your coins would be IF Ronaldo, IF Lewandowski and IF Sanchez. The main two players I'd do would be IF Dybala and IF Higuain linked up with each other as it would be insane.
