Like any other tool, their is problems and bugs. I have never seen a tool 100% working right away. The recovery part of the tool, in my opinion is like 99% down. I rarely get issues, as for other things, he is working on it to get everything fixed.

I can say this is probably one of the best tools released for 17511. Well worth what you would pay.
