you cant get banned for modded controllers i been using one since xbox one all the way to xbox 2 without a single ban the only bans i got was bio motto and modding multiplayer games on waw(xbox one is the original) but than again xbox is owned by microsoft so theres a chance youll get banned from kids being mad and reporting hell you dont even need a modded controller to get reported(i got reported for being good without my controller) but yeah theres a low chance of a ban

Xbox one has taken the messages very serious now. You can literally report anyone for cussing in a message and they will get communications blocked for a day.

I guess alot of members will be reported if he buys a rapid fire controller and lights them up they will be cussing him out he will be reporting and lighting more xbl members up haha

When I played Xbox I never got banned with a modded controller. I remember I bought a controller from a user on eBay, he called it a master mod which had 15 different toggles and ran me $300. Thing was insane with it's speed, I will argue I had one of the fastest controllers online around the MW2-MW3 days. The killcams were always the best, on MW2, the FAL was always being reloaded by the time it showed the animation for the second recoil shot. Akimbo M9 were like G18's, Jitter Mod with the Famas and M16 was stupidly quick, even in panic drop shot moments. I would always get a lot of messages about how I was being reported and banned for "hacking" which never happened. I used that on all FPS games all the way up to Ghosts, where I noticed there was a huge fire rate cap on semi-auto weapons. From there on, I switched to PC gaming where now I can be a scrub with macros for semi-auto weapons.

I would still buy one I'm looking forwards to Christmas and hopefully going to buy one! I messaged a guy to eat shit and I got communication banned for 24hours literally right after it lol.

You cannot get banned for using a modded controller, Microsoft would have to be hypa crips if they banned people because they sell modded controllers as well.
