My friend wants a pc, im going to build it for him- he has a budget of 600 but can stretch to 700 if its going to make a difference in performance. No keyboard, monitor, mouse etc, just the PC itself. He will play fifa, call of duty, arma etc.

prices in GBP, amazon preferred as i have prime.

What monitor is your friend using? For example, a 1070 would be no use in a build with a 1080p monitor

This is what I got, If your friend can't spend the extra £10 over budget then I'd recommend not getting a HDD and using any leftover money for a bigger SSD

I have a AOC 75z 1080p 27"- its not for me its for my friend. He was thinking of using a small tv to start with- putting all of his money into a pc then getting a monitor in a few weeks.
