Okay So I downloaded the new GeForce Experience update. Now I have only played 2 Games since I updated it (CSGO & Overwatch)

Now for example on csgo, I played on 4:3 1024x768 Custom Graphics (Mostly Low) . Now When I loaded it up after the update I was on 1920x1080 and All Settings were High. It annoyed me because I just found settings that I really liked.

Now I forgot all about it and I just loaded up Overwatch. and again everything set to max when I was on all low for competitive reasons.

Is there anyway to fix this? im scared to load another game like H1Z1 for example that I have custom settings in and it will mess them all up.

If you used the recommended settings from GFE, you can revert them back to how they were before.

Sounds like GFE just set everything in your games lost to optimal settings. Revert back to your old settings and disable the option for GFE to change games to optimal settings. Updating probably just enabled an option to automatically do it.
