I was lucky enough to pack Ronaldo on Friday night ( VERY HYPED!!)

So I decided to build the below team around him:

I am really struggling to win with this team however Jordi Alaba doesn't seem anywhere near as good as his card suggests and I'm struggling to get the midfield 3 to pass in a straight line, does anyone have any tips?

I have around 120K for improvements or can sell people if needed.

This is your problem.
You're playing Ronaldo on 7 chem and his stats will have minor drops to them. Pick up a La liga CAM say James Rodriguez and position change him to strike.
In game switch to 41212 (2) then play Ronaldo and Williams in strike together and drop James to CAM. Then pick up Casimero to control the midfield and drop him into the CDM role, have modric and rakitic as the box to box midfielders.
Pick up Gaya at LB he is quality IMO
Also Varane is a lot better than Godin.
