Every time I try to play multiplayer it says I need an online pass, can't buy one and tried contacting ea and all they gave me was some troubleshooting steps that didn't even work. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks

Do you have gold on your account or are you sharing gold with some one, because if your are sharing gold it won't let you play online with the backwards comparability.
