Hey TTG, I recently got console banned on the XB1. Went and got my brothers XB1, installed a none banned account to it, tried to play, still not allowed to play online? Do they ban IP and both XB1's are running same IP? I'm just so confused right now.

They can ban an IP but it's very rare for them todo.

They don't ban the IPs, the ban the Console ID, so that console is unable to be played online anymore, however your brothers one is. I recommend you refrain from hacking on that one, otherwise you will have to buy 2.

What did you do for them to ban you? Must have banned your IP address I would try changing your Ip

Txq, yeah I'm not planning on modding or anything on my brothers. Just wanted to make sure I can still play on other XB1's before I buy another one, but seeing as I can't even play on my brothers, I don't see me getting another one.

Your account is banned alongside your own console ID being banned.
You will not be able to log into the same account on a different console, because the account is banned.
Your brother can still play on his console because you don't have the same Console ID.
There is no such thing as an IP ban, because if it was as easy as just changing your IP, there would be no point in them.
