I use my Macbook Pro for university and then my desktop for gaming. My Macbook Pro works wonders for studying and the battery life is pretty good.

Less than half the price of the Macbook, and better. Plus, I included a nice ultrawide monitor. A GPU so you can actually game if you want to. Nice big SSD. You can get the windowed version of the case if you want.

I would choose a desktop over mac any day..
Mac are to over priced for the hardware!
