Kyle93 wrote It sounds a little like Adware.

I would scan with these;
Adwcleaner
Adware Removal Tool
JRT

Then Hitman Pro and then Malwarebytes.

I take it you didn't read my topic fully.. I already tried Adwcleaner, Malwarebytrs, and many others which include Hitman Pro. lol

Did you try using revo uninstaller? It shows things installed that the programs list doesn't display. Also if you haven't do an ADVANCED uninstall of chrome using revo. The program will walk you through deleting every single bit of data chrome ever had, even registry keys (which windows installer leaves behind)

I'll take it then you don't need help if you're going to be flippant to the people helping... Yes I read Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner. However at no point did you reference ANY of the others including hitman pro. A combination of the tools is often best to get what the others dont. So in the future when you want help there are polite ways of saying it.
I'd really respect any help in my situation
, I also read that part that you're not really sticking to very well...

However, now. Pathetic behavior aside.
1) If in safe mode does the problem still arise?
2) Download HiJackThis and look through the report and identify problem areas and keys
3) If you use another machine with your chrome account check your extension and compare to the ones enabled on the pc with the issue
4) Check what scheduled tasks are set on the PC
5) Lastly, if you use Chrome Canary do you get the same popup occur?
