With Black Ops 3, it was too futuristic looking, or should I say... bubbly, everything looked bulky and moreso like a childs game, nuketown for example, what's with the floaty crap and the nerf-looking weapons?
But with Infinite Warfare, especially for those like me who got the deluxe bundle, we get some extra. Some may buy with Amazon or something to get it a day early or something like that, but I pre-ordered it from the Xbox Store so I could have it long before release day, not playable, but downloaded so I don't have to wait any longer than midnight to play it. Modern Warfare and Infinite Warfare look beautiful on my dashboard, just waiting. Along with Skyrim which dropped here yesterday, but that's besides the point.
First thing I'm doing on both IW and MW are the campaigns, IW because it'll be new, and MW because I wanna see what they did to it, and I hope it's as good as I've been reading up on. The last thing I need is a mic which I'll get just a day before both those games drop.
With all this stuff coming out, I decided screw it, and started my Live account anew, new gamertag, new games purchased through that gamertag, gamerscore reset to zero, starting over.
If anyone is looking to have a team on day 1, if I'm not working, add me

I'll be up for TDM or Search, both regular or hardcore, on either game. I'm not the best, but I've ran the lobby from time to time and made a lot of people angry, also part of why I'm starting over, new name means nobody knows me :p

I think all the new call of duty's are terrible. I play them yes, but the futuristic crap is getting out of hand.
I prefer the old call of dutys, no jetpack and no sliding about.
Simple plain cod, the way it should be.

An update on this, I played a single game of Infinite Warfare, and decided nope, and uninstalled it.
Essentially I paid 100 bucks for a 9 year old game with some new challenges added, and the use of titles and emblems thrown in, plus some new camos.
Infinite Warfare is not a step in the right direction, it's a step in the backwards direction, the more "in the future" these games take place, the more we all seem to hate it. I played a single game, and it took me less than 10 kills to decide that I'm not a fan.
I miss the big wooded maps, realistic looking weapons without that bubbly texture effect where it makes it look like it's popping out, I miss the grunge style camos, instead now we have this crap that just pops out at you and it's annoying.
I may have spent 100 bucks for two games, but I'm happy with Modern Warfare Remastered alone, and knowing IW, they're gonna push even farther into the future with the next one, and release MW2 remastered as a bundle to make us get it too, watch, it's gonna happen.
