Why and how am I receiving this much bandwidth or Mbps?

Quickly throwing it out there that VirginMedia have been the best for me personally out of near enough every provider available in the UK... (we've been through them all) Sky is so shit too.

So what's your issue, slow speeds?
What package are you paying for? (e.g. are you on unlimited usage or specific fiber 100mbs+ obtic packages)

Your computer is downloading something. Check your processes and see what you have open.

Unlimited Broadband. It was good the first year or so but in the past few months it's just been top notch shit. I'm getting around 20Mbps download speed and 2 Mbps upload speed, they should be in prison for torturing me like this.

That is your internal traffic to and from your PC.

You could use Wireshark to check what traffic is being transmitted across your network.

Check for any abnormal processes that are being ran.
