On the Xbox One Fo4 and WaW have mods. I don't think there are any other games and I hope it stays that way.

W@W doesn't really have mods in the general since of modding for the console, it's all hosted on 360 servers so it's technically not modded on Xbox One. As for Fallout, it's not really the same thing as what the OP was talking about. Besides that within the next week two more games will have mod support for consoles, Farming Simulator 17 and Skyrim Remastered. Even those games though still won't be mods like what the OP is referring to.

I could definitely see it happening not soon but one day there will be one person that does it and won't be stupid to just give out how they did it. Then they will be super rich for having the only method for a while... someone will find how to do it though, It won't be me!

late 2009 early 2012 was when it started by early 2012 i mean thats when it became easily bannable and easily joinable before it was rare to find modders in match making games
