Account got banned for transferring coins over.

I got banned a few years ago for trading coins between accounts, and a few months later they unbanned me thankfully. It's possible, but a pain in the ass.
They have a "Ban Dispute" email, I can't remember exactly what it is, but maybe if you contact EA they'll give you some info on it. That is if this dispute thing still exists. I did that back in 2014.

I've contacted them saying that I haven't sold any coins.
Fingers crossed I get some good news.
I hope that they take into consideration that the account was established in 2013

they wont care
they banned me last year for same sort of thing
chat phone calls were all useless and waste of time
as soon as i was done speaking they would close case
