Streamah wrote Dispute the payment and notify paypal of his tactics, won't be hard to get your money back. Remember the buyer is always right, and that's the way paypal thinks.

If he sent the money as friends and family, don't think he will be able to get it back sadly.

That is not true!

Paypal has a very high reputation for a reason, not by letting people get away with petty theft.. they take all theft serious.. so you WILL eventually get your money back. Might not get it right away, but as you continue to escalade the situation, you'll notice each time the person get more and more annoyed/ready to help then the last.

Nothing is impossible, and in this case again i'll repeat. THE BUYER IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS right. No matter what, you send money, paypal expects things to be right.

you show proof of sending money and showing his fake proof of not receiving it, then it will be instantly reviewed and noticeably obvious that he is bull sh itting, and you WILL get your money back!

I once was a dumbass and purchased an item from a different site, and paid with Friends and Family instead of Goods and Services.. I was scammed but paypal refunded me every bit of it. (125$)

As you linked his TTG Account why dont you speak to a Admin like Naggy? As long the conversation is in the TTG data meaning TTG via PM or IM. They will sort that scammer out. Show you paid him $10 surely he will be sorted out. As a member already said "it does take some time for the seller to receive the payment" - so he has to wait. Nothing he can do. Not sure if its a eCheck payment that takes a while as well. Notes doesn't mean jack shit when you send over a payment. You can send the $10 without making a note & they'll still receive the payment. Sounds bit odd to be fair.
