Here's a way to get a new one.
Buy a new one from Walmart that is the same color.make sure to keep the receipt
Put the old controller in the packaging and take it back into Walmart and return it
You will get all your money back and have a brand new controller! As long as it the same controller and color, it will work everytime
I do this whenever something breaks or messes up. I even got me a brand new pair of beats after I broke mine after doing this.
