I'm not sure exactly but they seem to be stuck pixels. I know for sure it is a hardware problem, as it happens during boot and in the boot options screen or whatever it's called. I'm not sure why it happened or how it could be fixed, any help would be appreciated.

Also my screen is not stuck on white, it's just that they are most visible against a white background, and sorry for the shit quality, it was taken with an iPhone 5 :/

Do they go away after a while? If not I would recommend taking the phone back and exchanging it

it looks like it wasn't caused from wear and tear and from a manufacturing error. Also its a new model phone so you could be able to get a new one

I highly doubt it would be the software update.

Have you

    a. dropped the phone multiple times on the edge
    b. put to much pressure? the sensors could be bad.

now in the case it is software related, install whatever app you're trying to access after you do the FDR, and see if the problem persists.

NOTE: look around on XDA, and or Samsung's forums first, i can guarantee you will find someone with the same issue.

Don't call TS, they usually are little to no help usually, take it to the store if nothing said in this topic helps.

I have dropped it, but I didn't notice it after a drop. I did try looking around on XDA and I couldn't find anything, I'll look around Samsung's forums. And to the other guy, no they don't go away, and I'll probably end up taking it to Verizon if I can't find anything else. Thanks for the help

IF they try to charge you upon RETURN, you can start a RMA case if they do not accept it for a replacement under warranty just saying.
