looking for a decent card that doesn't need a psu , or well the psu I have is quite bad it says
(110w 300= MAX) so if anyone knows a good card id love to know , link me if yiu can budget doesn't apply so sny card mentioned is fine

If budget "doesn't apply", buy a new PSU and GPU.

PCIE slots can provide up to 75w, but it still comes from the power supply through the motherboard.
Good 450w units, like the Antec VP-450, are less than $40.
It's less about capacity and more about quality especially since you're adding extra load.
