Title Says It All, Is There A Glitch? Ive seen some videos but some doesnt work

It's not a glitch.
You go into a offline FUT match with the team; and dashboard as soon as the balls been kicked. Do this 10 times and you get the loyalty bonus.

kick off the ball
Press the xbox button
press start
Quit game.
Done.

No you dont. Not if you dashboard it...
Sorry I didn't see the part where you said press the xbox button, I thought it just said quit the game when it kicks off.
The quicker way for me is when it kicks off I just press the xbox button and go to settings and go offline then online, it's about 40 seconds quicker loading up

Having loyalty on your players so instead of them being on 9chem they will get 10chem after 10 games being player or if they are pack pulled its been in fifa for 3 years now
