Processor: Intel Core i5-6600K Skylake CPU 3.5 - 3.9GHz, Wanting to try and overclock to around 4.2/4.3
Graphics Card: Palit GeForce GTX 1080 GameRock Premium Edition
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-ALPHA Case - Black/Silver
Extra Case Fans: 2x Noiseblocker ITR-B12-PS
CPU Cooler: be quiet! BK020 Dark Rock TF CPU Cooler with Dual Silent Wings 135mm Fans
Thermal Paste: Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal paste
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 S
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz - White
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB
Hard Drive: Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive
PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 850 W Platinum PSU or EVGA Supernova 1000W P2 Modular Platinum PSU to future proof it a bit.
In the future I would like to run SLI 1080 overclocked for 4k and VR which is why I was looking at the bigger PSU seeing as there is a $20 price difference.
Any advice? Or is this an ok build?

Looks pretty good to me. Could you set this up on pcpartpicker by any chance? I'd like to take a look at everything exactly without having to google each part

According to a lot of benchmarks the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0, 08G-P4-6286-KR, 8GB GDDR5X, RGB LED, 10CM FAN, 10 Power Phases, Double BIOS, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) is the better choice for a 1080 card.
