I highly doubt they have alien tech or equipment that was brought from space or captured from a alien aircraft. I do believe they have created advanced weaponry, equipment, and aircraft's that look "alien like". The reason it's always kept a secret is because they don't want other countries knowing what they are cooking up. If they knew they would find some way to counter what they've built, or make something similar to worse. I honestly could careless what they are hiding down there as long as it's to protect its citizens.
