So basically i came to the conclusion that i want a man bun, my hair grows pretty quickly, i normally have to get hair cut every 2 weeks. But obviously it will still take some time to grow. Another reason im curious about this is because my beard is in that awkward stage where from a distance it looks like i have sideburns but as you get closer you can see i have a beard. If you now anything or any products please let me know!

I wouldn't use products for my hair. I've been growing it for about a year and 2 months. It's about shoulder length. One of the obvious products you'll need to maintain nice long hair is shampoo and conditioner. Using hair-growth products would be a dumb move bro. Let it grow naturally and you'll have a nice head of hair in no time.

I work as a vitamin sales man and am almost a certified nutritionist. You most definitely should be using products to help grow your hair. They're dietary supplements usually labeled hair, skin, and nails that are high in vitamins B, C, and E and help promote hair growth.

you can do what you want but in my opinion don't get a manbun, it's so out of style now and just looks stupid. Takes way to long to grow and it's been proven that doing your hair in that style causes hair loss

There's no like magic growth formula that will safely make your hair grow super fast but healthy hair grows faster. Make sure you are moisturizing your hair and giving it the vitamins and protein it needs to grow

Steroids can give you male pattern baldness if you're already prone to it let alone the other health risks.
There's plenty of other less harmful ways to get more testosterone.
