Why wouldn't you? Chrome and FIrefox are almost completely similar in regards of performance and how they work. The only major noticeable difference is a few menus and interfaces.


Firefox still relies on external plugins (example is flash player or PDF viewing software) chrome has these features built in and they are updated whenever chrome is updated. Though they are similar in performance, chrome will still be faster due to the fact that everything is integrated.

Likely something went wrong with chrome during an update or something. Just use revo uninstaller to completely uninstall chrome and then reinstall it. The built in windows uninstaller doesn't completely remove everything

Ah alright well if revo didnt do the trick then that's probably your best bet I suppose
