Only fifa that does this, offline play is flawless, my gpu isnt even hitting 60 degrees when on ultra so its not under load.

Are you sure it's not under load? Did you check task manager while the game is running? Also check your CPU and HDD load values in task manager. If either of those are above I'd say 80% that is probably your issue. If offline play is flawless then it could also just be a bug with game, perhaps a driver issue

Installed new nvidia drivers, nothing- as soon as it started freezing i went to control panel, it kicked me out of the game but i managed to get a screenshot:

How much RAM do you have in your computer and when you are in the middle of playing how much RAM does FIFA take up?

16gb DDR4 2133 Mhz

and only around 30- 40%

Hmm... I'm not quite sure what may be happening. I assume that it may be an internet problem? CPU problem? Ram problem? I am not sure. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game?
