So i'm planning on making a PC. My budget is around 1200. My needs are a gtx 1070 mini. A Intel i5 6500 or 6600 processor, not the 6600k because i won't be overclocking and a monitor that has a good response time and 60+ frame rate and 24" or 27". Probably this one ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) Also i don't need a HDD and a ssd, just a 500 gb ssd is fine. The other things don't really matter as long as its compatible and the Intel stock cooler is the one i will be using as i will not be overclocking. I'm not including the keyboard and mice in this budget but tips would be helpful. I also need win10 64bit Also i'm building it over the summer so there is time to look for good deals, etc

The build I've made for you totals up to around $1103.41
It's got everything you've asked for in this post not including the monitor as you seem to already have one figured out.
You can view the build [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
You can change the case if you want as well but be careful to not go over your budget.
