hey guys/ladies i was wondering if somebody can help me learn how to icloud unlock iphones and carrier unlock them as well. Please help me i would really appericate it a lot.

To iCloud unlock the phone, check [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] out
To Carrier unlock the phone, simply remove the SIM card from the phone (if it's still in there) and then backup the phone on iTunes. Do a factory reset on the phone, and then re-install the backup and it should be unlocked.

Is it activation locked or just has an iCloud account on it?
