I started selling stuff on the "Facebook Garage Sale" pages about 2 months ago. I've never had a problem really until now. This couple wanted to buy my "Electric Lawnmower" so, I drove to meet them with it. When I get to the meet up spot, they text me saying they can't make it. I was desperate to get rid of it so I texted them that I could go closer to where they live. They said "Ok" & I drove over there. We met up, they saw the lawnmower, and didn't want it. Why didn't the want it you say? BECAUSE IT WAS ELECTRIC!!! Like.... didn't the read my post about it being electric? I wasted half a day riding around for nothing. People should learn to read before replying. Oh yeah, I did have another problem last month. I put up a dryer I was selling along with the measurements. Someone bought it, took it home, and waited 3-4 days to contact me. Apparently the dryer didn't fit in a certain spot in their home so they wanted a refund. Like.... why didn't they measure to see if it would fit before buying from me?

Dude you have some bad luck where you live, lol, I would have never gave a refund if it didn't fit.

Yeah people should really learn to read. I've sold stuff on Craigslist for example and had all the details in the post and people would text / call asking questions that have already been answered and would waste time, so I know that feeling. You just gotta hang in there though cause eventually someone serious comes around.

These people man, some hard luck. Pretty disrespectful if you ask me. You drive down there and you find out they don't want to buy it from you knowing it was a electric. I'd use his blood for your car petrol. Little shit he sounds.

That's why i do not like Facebook garage sales because the people aren't very reliable.
