If you're going to complain about paying for the brand instead of the shoe, at least don't be a hypocrite. You look stupid and I guarantee at least all of you whining that it's overpriced has spent more on one product than another due to the brand name. Yeezy's are comfortable and stylish shoes and I enjoy wearing them.

PC wrote It's a $200 dull pair of shoes marketed towards flamboyant hipsters, kids and retards.

Why would you buy it?

Have some decency and try not to call people retards over a shoe you mug.
Not everyone wants to walk around in $15 muddy converse shoes they got in the 5th grade and everyone has different opinions on what they like to wear. That doesn't mean they deserve to be called retards or kids or even flamboyant hipsters. You sound and look like an idiot and I seriously hope you reconsider shit you say in posts before posting it. An expensive shoe does not define who you are as a person, calling other people retards for what they wear does define who you are though, and I think that definition comes somewhere along highly close-minded and stupid in your case.

You realize that these shoes (and any other shoes tbh) only cost a one-time fee? Right?
If you're not even mentally aware or capable of understanding that a project car would cost 10x as much money than these shoes (in the long run) then please shut up and go educate yourself

Anyways, I like these shoes (Yeezy's in general) however I do prefer v1 350's better. The orange stripe is somewhat unsettling but it's a nice set of shoes regardless.

Ref wrote To those of you saying "waste of money" that is a lie. Considering only a limited amount of them are sold, they sell out in seconds so if you are lucky enough to get your hands on some... Then you can make a profit from anywhere to $600-$1000+ on these shoes. I'm not buying to keep, i'm going to flip the cost
Lmfao you're buying shoes just to FLIP them?

I'd rather buy 10 pairs of Air Jordans, not to mention they look 10x better than this trash of a brand.

PS. You shouldn't ask for "thoughts" if you don't like what people have to say.

At least 75% of any yeezy goes on a resale market. These companies know what they're doing when they release the shoe in such limited quantities. Whoever gets them either keeps them for personal wear or resales them at at least a 400% mark up. And the people who cannot get them for the ridiculous resale prices try for another release creating an even larger hype amd demand for the next one to drop. It's a smart move on the manufacturers end to keep demand through the roof so interest in the shoe isn't lost. Thus keeping profits high for Adidas. But it screws the consumer, the real consumer, the person who wants the shoe to keep and actually wear it not sit and resale or resale immediately.

I could make a long, thought out response on why you're an idiot for defending such a cancerous viewpoint, but you have a pink profile picture of David and called me a "mug". You proved my point for me.

When someone makes a criticism about a product, it's typically about what the product is manufactured for.

The shoes are a waste of money. You could buy a much better pair for half, if not, a quarter of the price these cost. It's ridiculous that companies shit on a plate and consumers eat it with a smile.
