Rockstar recently changed there policy so accounts have to meet certain specifications to even be eligible for transfer

If you bought it from a user here on TTG try contacting staff about it, to prevent this user to scam others in the future.

Hows it the sellers fault,theyve gave him what he paid for "a pre modded account level 8000" once that account is downloaded to the customers console it becomes theres. If the customer asks before purchasing if the account can be transferred then the seller must make them aware,in my opinion there was a lack of communication and research from both parties and you cannot go effectively getting someone penalised for that. The Buyer should make clear hos intentions when the account is in his possession and do research before hand. And the seller should make the buyer aware of the the current transfer situation before making sale,and modders are not mind readers be clear of what you want and what your intentions are when purchasing and perhaps learn a lesson from whats happened with this guy.

your kind of right i believe if the buyer hasn't made his research or something else then it is his fault but if the seller made him believe that you could of easily transferred then thats a different story really all depends on what the post and PMs say so contact a staff member and see if they could help you with your situation!

The account must me 420 or less.
The account can not hold more than 400 million cash.
The account must be atleast 30 days old.
And must not contain any malicious content, meaning items that are no longer in the game or where never meant to be in the game this can include some modded outfits and modded snacks and fireworks!
