Hey everyone is it possible to get a refund on digital games? I've looked on Xbox.com and it says you can but Idk what the requirements are to get a refund. I have Black Ops 3 and Madden 17 bought digitally and they both haven't opened for almost 2 weeks now. When I try to open them they crash and it says the game took too long to start. I've tried every troubleshooting option and none of them have worked. Will I be able to get a refund on these games? Thank you!

Most likely yes, Contact xbox customer support online or over the phone. Explain your situation and just say it is very frustrating and you're willing to move on from it. They will refund your money back and strip you of your licenses for those games Hope I've helped.

Thanks! I talked to customer support for a few hours last night and they helped me out!

I got a full refund for Far Cry Primal....But you have 30 days to get a refund after purchasing the game. You can only do it once a year.

yes u can indeed refund digital games ive been SEing a method on this for awhile but the way ive been doing it i still have the license keys for the games an got my money so basically double my money so yes it is possible to get refund
