Im trying to mod forza horizon so i can edit some hex codes and make my cars glow, but i cant find a program that will extract the files besides Horizon, but you need to pay and get Horizon diamond. Any body know a way to extract these files without having to pay? i tried getting horizon diamond cracked but everytime i try to extract the files its says "an unhandled exception has occurred"

I know there is a program that you can use if you would like to mod your money only but thats it. Its called anarchy. I want to try and get traffic cars and unicorn cars. If you somehow find a way to obtain these please let me know, thanks
