Budget & Currency: £2000 GBP

Peripherals & Monitor: Only keyboard and mouse needed. No need for speakers, monitors etc.

Games: Will be used for Forza 6 Apex, Call of duty, battlefield 1 etc.

Software: Nothing much, just web browsers, skype etc. The basics.

Aesthetics: Not really bothered, go with whats needed.

Rebates/Promos: Full prices

Details: The main problem I have at the moment is noise, so I'd like this one to be as quiet as possible, but also good performance and being able to play games on their highest ( or close to highest) settings. Also able to run 2 Samsung S24D300 monitors

When: If I like the build I'll start purchasing the parts straight away. I have the money ready and waiting burning a hole in my bank

If I've missed anything please ask, I'm new to all this computer building stuff

Thank you in advance

Firstly, using a £2k system with those two cheap, low end, TN, 60Hz 1080p panels is a horrible idea. I suggest spending some of your budget on a nice new monitor as a main panel, and you can keep your 2 Samsung monitors to use on the side. Three monitors might look pretty nice for Forza games, especially with the new GTX 10 series GPUs.

I'd get something like this;

You can drop the i7 to an i5-6600k instead, as that would be more than enough, but the i7 is obtainable within your budget. You can get a Cryorig H5 cooler for £35, instead of the Kelvin S36. The Kelvin S36 is better, and nicer(IMO), but the H5 is considerably cheaper and will perform pretty damn close to the S36. If you're buying extra case fans, get some Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2's. Nice motherboard, trried to stick with a black/white colour scheme throughout. Nice big SSD for OS and your favourite games/programs, then use the HDD for media, smaller/less used games and programs, etc. I included a nice RGB mechanical keyboard and a nice RGB mouse for you. Included a 1440p 144Hz monitor which is a pretty much great monitor all round. Alternative monitor choice if you wish;

Ultrawide, but it's 60Hz. That's not really an issue, but 144Hz is objectively better than 60Hz. That being said 3440x1440 is objectively better than 2560x1440. However, the ultrawide will be absolutely no benefit in games like CoD, and in games that you'd like a wider viewing area, like Forza maybe, you have your two Samsung monitors that you could use on the side anyway, so I'd recommend the 1440p 144Hz monitor instead of the ultrawide, in this case anyway.
