Am I the only one who hates the idea of sticky threads?

It's one big cluster **** of people and I steer away from them because it just seems like a lost cause to bother using them.

I am not in particularly ranting about this site's sticky threads but just the idea in general.

I find sticky threads to be generally useful in most forums seeing as it points out the best shops or useful posts.

I'm not really following your logic on why you hate sticky threads. I have a sticky in Mobile Gaming ,and thinks it's very useful for anyone wanting to know about Clash of Clans. Instead of filtering through thousands of posts; you can view the best information at the top.

I was primarily talking about Sticky posts that focus on the comment section and not the thread itself, an example: A General Question sticky post.
