Edit: Looking at the picture it isn't very visible but there is a metal thing blocking the left hole of the blue thing.

I cannot stress how precise you need to be with what I'm about to tell you, DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE

First off, having that left one blocked won't disable you from using it, it'll just mean the left one can't screw in. Those were implemented to keep the plug in, and the right side alone will work just fine, but if you're serious about getting it out, here's how you can.

First, take THE SMALLEST allen key you can find, one that has a smaller width than the screw at least. Apply super glue to the smaller length end, like, the smaller part of the L on the allen key, and make sure not to get any in between the threading once you attach it, but attach it very carefully, and set it up so it'll stay in that position until it dries and hardens. Once dry, just twist to the left, and it should come right out, as not much force will be needed to unscrew it unless it's been stuck that way for a very long time.

BE RIDICULOUSLY CAREFUL, LIKE, A SURGEONS PRECISION.

Did you fix your issue or would you be requiring more help if Zed's surgery precision did not help you out?

I think Zeds surgery is a bit complicated therefore I'll just get a new and better monitor not like the one I had before is good or anything
