I don't think so. With updated graphics and gameplay, I think the game will be less glitchy than the previous version.

gameplay is the same as the original that was the point of a remastered too keep the original root but also pretty but thats not without patching game breaking glitches that was hard to do on regular mode and easy on old school now back to the op after a glitch is a new glitch opens up as you can tell once they patch something they put in another glitch so there will be most likely bounces but not elevators

You can count bounces out.
As bounces were unrendered parts of the map.
I doubt in a remastered game they will leave out unrendered parts of maps.

No, unfortunately, they will probably fix everything they seen as wrong with the game.
