Ok so i just got back from my mates house and he has one of those swegways i learned how to ride it and i was on it the whole night and now im considering buying one as i had so much fun on it.

But, My friend said he is bored of it and rarely uses it so i dunno whether i should buy one or not as im afraid ill get bored of it within 2 weeks and it'll just collect dust

The reason why im asking you guys is because i wanna get some other opinions on them as i dont wanna spent £250 on one and use it for 2-3 weeks

Cheers

Edit- If i do end up buying one where is the best place in the UK to get one?

I don't have one and don't think i ever will. For starters i'm pretty sure they're illegal in the UK and also i don't see a point in getting one (my opinion) because i'm pretty sure a bicycle or a skateboard can go faster and they have a lot of problems.

My younger brother had one for Chistmas last year. I wouldn't get one myself only because I wouldn't use it much as I walk and drive. But, they are fun to use and super easy to get used to. If you just want it for fun or to go out on, I guess yeah I'd recommend one. Can't remember where my parents bought him it from though.

I loaded one into a UPS truck this morning and it caught fire inside the box.

Really though. the things look stupid, but hey that's just my opinion.
