So earlier today I made was thinking about this partnership with a few YouTube Partners and one of the ways that my buddy to9ld me that I can get my channel out there is by having a Twitch. So I said to him, how do I start it up ad he suggested NightBot, Commands, etc. Then I was watching streams and noticed that a lot of bigger streamers have a Donations button. When I go to make my PayPal I can't receive or send money due to the fact that I am not 18 yet. Is there any way by that? Can someone make me a PayPal? Is there another way to get donations?
Also, does anyone know how to increase my connection speed? It's actually horrible.

I would just make a new paypal? even though your lying about your age you shouldn't have any big problems as i doubt you will be making thousands. Only thing is you probably wont be able to transfer the funds to a bank account as your bank probably won't allow this as your under 18 but you will be fine spending your donations on sites that accept paypal. I wouldn't advise letting anyone create you a paypal either as they could easily recover the account and steal your funds.
usually your network speed is determined by which package you chose when you signed up. You will have to get a broadband package with a higher download and upload speed if you want to improve your connection speed. You could also try connecting your PC to your router via ethernet cable as that can improve your speeds.

I've use my PayPal since I was 16, I've been able to transfer money and receive it since I opened it, after verifying it ofc. So that's not your issue unless you don't have a bank card.
