I've been doing the same workouts for shoulders and I'd like to try some new ones to switch things up a bit.

>Machine shoulder press
>Deadlifts
>Squats
>Pullups
>Pushups

These are the most common ones that I use. The dumbbell shoulder press, squats and deadlifts are probably the best exercises in my opinion.

I use some of these,

Barbell overhead shoulder press,
Arnold Press,
Bent over LAT raises,
Lat Raises,
Dumbell shoulder press,
Front Plate Raises with a twist (Like a steering wheel.)

This is for shoulders and TRICEPS however... a common one I do

seated smith shoulder press: 4x8, 1 drop set
weighted dips: 4x8, 1 drop set

seated bth z bar press: 3x20
+
seated db pause lateral raises: 3x10-15 (1 sec hold at top)

zbar upright row: 4x12-15
+
zbar close grip bench: 4xMR

mini bar front raises: 3x12-15
+
barbell cable underhand pushdowns: 3x15-20

rope face pull: 3x Drop set
+
rope tricep pushdown: 3x drop set

Dumbbell shoulder press if you don't do that already? Seem's to work for me. It's 1 of 2 shoulder workouts that I do, Nothing else seems to make me gain but I'm probably just attempting them wrong lol.
