I want like the same 2-4 repetitive food to eat every day to lose weight. I have always had a dark cloud of confusion over foods to eat. I just want simple preferably buy and eat kind of food that doesn't require cooking or mixing.

There are a lot of foods that don't require cooking for example cereals, yogurts, breakfast biscuits. I know i said a lot but i cantt think of any more.

Some foods that are easy to make in my opinion would be:

Rice
Salads
Fruits
Vegetables
Eggs
Noodles
Pasta
Pizza
Bread
Meat

There's a good few there, if you only want four then I'd recommend rice, sandwiches, vegetables and meats. You can buy cooked chicken from the butchers and it's fairly quick and easy to make.

But yeah, good luck with it man. You'll probably get bored if you eat the same diet everyday, you should make two to three diets and switch between them if you want some variety.

I'm no fitness or health guy but try boiled fish. You can also have that with things like rice or potato.

I know you said something that doesn't require cooking, but you only have to boil it for a short while.
