I had a bit of free time after work today and decided to make a propaganda poster.
Huge Star Wars fan, but a massive fan of the new film but I have not seen much propaganda for the First Order so I figured I'd give it a go.

Note this poster is over about 6Kx9K px so there is a lot of detail not viewable here.

As a Star Wars fan myself, I really like this.

Not much I can tell you to improve on tbh, everything looks good.

9/10.

I like this man, love seeing poster designs. I feel like toy can teach yourself so much from looking at a poster. Nothing wrong with this poster at all as you're a professional designer I wouldn't think you would make a mistake, right?

Thanks man, and I agree! I like to leave my art open for interpretation as well. And as for making mistakes, I don't think you can really make a mistake in art unless you miss adjust a layer or something. But trust being a professional just means you make professional mistakes that cost a lot of money and time lol.

I like this a lot!

The whole poster is generally good and I don't really see any flaws.

There's just something about the feel of it that I don't like.
Something that kind of throws it off for me, but I can't pinpoint what it is.

It may be the depth, or the way the troopers are aligned...
I think the right side looks a little heavy too, with both of the banners... I'm not sure.

Seems rushed.
I don't like how the storm troopers blend into the background.
Also I don't like how the troopers don't get smaller (needs perspective)
Finally maybe add some other effects. Something besides a halftone.
Something like flashing lights or something to resemble war.

The point of the storm troopers fading and moving into the background is to allude a line of soldiers seeing as it's a sign up propaganda poster. I agree it could have done a better appearance for them to get slightly smaller as they go into the background. As for the background and effects I originally went with a background of space war and it looked good but I felt it took away from message of the trooper line up. The atmosphere of the poster was not supposed to promote the war itself, instead the idea of joining the war effort. I did quite a bit of research on the subject before creating this and I found the way I produced this poster was what I was trying to portray with the message. Thanks for the input though, always glad to hear others opinions.
