Recently, less then a week ago, I've start doing calisthenics (4 times a week) and hardrunning or hiking every Saturday night.
I'm eating healthy and a lot and some people are already noticing I've changed my lifestyle.

So my question is, is there a difference if you eat more and healthy, or just normal? (Still eating all the bad stuff like McDonalds and trash).

You can eat what you want as long as you're eating at a calorie deficit if you're trying to lose weight.

Well if you are eating healthy meals you may have to eat healthy snacks as you aren't eating 1000 calorie meals in one sitting like you used too

If you don't eat enough food (and by food I mean calories) then you will lose weight. And if you're losing weight, you can't gain muscle. When you exercise, you burn calories so you need to eat enough calories to make up for the calories being burnt by the exercise.

In terms of good food and bad food, it really depends on what you eat. Everything is okay in moderation. Just so long as you're not eating Mcdonalds everyday because it will destroy your insides.

It really depends what you're going for. If you're trying to lose weight, then eating less calories is good but if you're trying to increase fitness then it's bad. You want your body to be able to recover properly and not be lacking calories.

We should really have a gym forum, it would sort a lot of these problems out

What people don't understand is that it's basically 70% diet and 30% exercise. If you don't eat right, you might as well not exercise because you will not see huge improvements.

Calories surplus = bulk
Calories deficit = cut

I'd advise you to eat healthy and cut the junk/fast food out of your diet. Grains, vegetables, fruits, and meat are essential for gaining muscle.

If you wouldn't mind providing your weight, as well as your height, then that would be great.
