I have a lot of respect for the intervention. A lot of people don't know that its an actual real life weapon that goes for about 14 grand.

Personally my favorite weapon would be my personal Colt AR-15

7.62 by what? There are a lot of 7.62 rounds lol, most common is the 7.62x39. If it is the 7.62x39, it doesn't do a whole lot. It's got a lot of power but is mainly just a hole poker. It will go through your house but do minimal damage. A 5.56 on the other hand won't go through your house, but it will do a ton of damage.

EDIT:

I did a little research and found that the M240 platform uses the 7.62x51, which is the NATO version of the .308. This round is still a penetration and won't do as much damage as the 5.56.

Without getting into too much detail as I know that both comments are jokes, the .308 round is a long range round, and the .223 is going to be a lot better at short range, though it will also shoot our long range.
