Just looking for a good team with good work rates etc not too fussed on league or players just need it to play well

Not sure if you still need this, but this is what I used to win Division 1, if you can't afford it just swap out Pogba. Only had him in there because I packed him.

Instructions -

LB/RB - Stay back whilst attacking
CM (Central) - Stay back, stay on the edge of the box for crosses.
LF/RF - Get in behind, press back line.
