These past few days I have been wondering what I should design. I know I need to continue practicing, but I cannot seem to get myself to be "Inspired", that or I can't decide on what I want to make!
In the past when I have been on teams, things just seem more clear cut because the person will ask for this, this, and this, and I can produce effectively.

Should I join a team?

Teams are a waste of time. I recommend solo work. Open up a TTG shop if you want to practice.

Imo Teams for sniping etc are a waste of time like said above however there are many design teams out there which is why im trying to start one to get motivated as i havent been in ages. However, solo is a high recommendation.

I agree with ReverseFlash, teams won't really get you anywhere.
Solo it out, and do your own thing!
