title says it all, wanna try some tots but not sure if i will lose money because they will drop in price?

There is always a possibility. There is no really a way to tell if prices will drop or rise but my guess would be that they will keep falling and if they do increase, they will only go up in price for a while before dropping back down

I picked up a fresh Hector for 23K and a Karius for 18K, I cannt see them dropping anymore.

Majority of the time, TOTS players are cheapest while they are in packs , or a week or two after they are released. Thats the way it was on Fifa 14 + 15 so I dont see why it would be any different for Fifa 16.
